Refund policy

The Pencil Pusher - 30-Day Return Policy
At The Pencil Pusher, we want you to be fully satisfied with your analog tools and carry systems. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. This means it must be:
  • Unused and unmarked: Pencils must not be sharpened, pens must not be inked, and paper products must be completely free of writing or torn pages.
  • In original packaging: Items must remain inside their original branded boxes, sleeves, or protective wraps.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase: A copy of your digital order confirmation email or receipt must be included.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us directly at our customer support inbox: hello@thepencilpusher.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us straight away at hello@thepencilpusher.co.nz if an item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the incorrect product. We will evaluate the issue immediately and arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will automatically be processed back onto your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.
